This addressing will get mail to PO9 and 3PO to deliver:

- Caution is that, there may be issues with delivery. USPS
refusal (this year), bad addressing, best effort delivery, vehicle
breakdowns, etc. etc.
- Don't send drugs, all packages drug-sniffed.
- Don't send signature confirmation packages.
- Don't send heavy-ass/big boxes (we have bicycles), unless
you've made prior arrangement$. You may have to pickup your packages.
PO9 is doing buildweek delivery, include 'buildweek: [day]' if
you want that done.
